Basically Google assistant is the latest technology which is called Artificial Intelligence ( AI )and it is created by Google primary available on mobile and smartphone devices. Assistant was created in May 2016 and it works in operating systems:-

- KaiOs
In India Jio company launch its own feature Mobile basically this is not a smartphone but still, there is Google assistant support and you can use it too. Maybe Jio Phone is the only feature Mobile that supports Google assistant without any Android operating system.
What Google Assistant can do?
Basically Google assistant can operate most of the things on your smartphone but personally, I only use it to Call My Family Members or to read My Emails but that's insufficient, it can do substantially more and if you want to use the assistant Just Say 'OK Google or Hey Google' after that it become activate and wait for your order.

How do I turn on Google Assistant?
If your Google Assistant is not activated in your Phone or Your Device doesn't have Google Assistant then you can Download it Directly From Google Play store.
Let's Enable Assistant in Smartphone :-
First of all, before Enabling Google Assistant, go to device Setting and find App Management, then find out Google App and clear all data and Chase.
Setting >> App Manager >> Google App >> Data and Storage >> Clear data.

How do I turn on Google Assistant?

Now return to your home screen of smartphone and press and hold the home button a little bit, then you will get Google Assistant Pop-up notification on your screen to get started just click on get started for next step.

After clicking Turn on it'll show you some notification or Details related to your voice match before proceeding and show you details that only with the same voice you'll able to access Google assistant in your Phone but you can change its letter.
Click Agree to proceed, Now it'll ask you for voice match just follow the instruction and say ok Google or Hey Google 3-4 times as it says. Once Google assistant recognizes your voice it will be activated in your device or Phone.
Now just unlock your phone screen and say OK Google and whatever you want to ask Google can be anything like news, game score, weather etc. You can send messages to your relatives just say •'ok Google' sends a message to •"Message Receivers name ( where you want to send message )"then Google will ask you what is the message you just have to tell that your message to assistant and will send this message to your relative.
There are still some privacy issues with Google Assistant because people complain that it can hear everything you told can hear anything around even you are talking to others, that's the reason when you say 'ok Google' it becomes activated because it can hear and analyze everything.
How to disable Google Assistant? | Disable Google Assistant
If you don't wish to use Google assistant longer, then you can stop it easily from the settings and your Google assistant is not going to store your conversation.
To disable Google assistant go to Google app and then go to settings.
At settings here you'll find some options Also an option of Google Assistant, Just click on it and then you'll get too many your personal information, on Above menu you can see Assistant options just click on it and scroll down.
- At the bottom, you will find an option of Assistant Device.
- Click Phone Icon To Disable
- Click the Mobile Device Setting as you can see in the above image.
- Once you click this setting you'll find Google Assistant settings where you can control assistant General settings, Voice Match setting, Voice and Speech Setting, etc.
On the top of all settings, you will get Google Assistant Settings to Turn it On/Off. So if your Google Assistant is activated then you have to turn it off or not activated then do nothingbecause your Assistant Already off.
